At Reyhan Aerospace ("Company", "we") we take the privacy of your personal data seriously across the services we provide via reyhanaerospace.com.tr. This policy explains what we collect, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.

Via the quote form: name, company, email, phone, city/address, technical details of your enquiry and the files you upload (DXF, STEP, PDF, images, etc.).

Via the contact form: name, email and message content.

If you create an account: your email, name and an irreversible hash of your password (bcrypt). If you sign in with Google: the email, name and profile picture on your Google account.

Technically: your IP address is held in memory briefly for spam and abuse protection; it is not stored permanently.

To prepare the quote you requested, to contact you about it, and — if a business relationship follows — to run the contract process.

To create your account, verify your email address and keep your session secure.

To prevent automated abuse of the forms and to meet our legal obligations.

You retain all intellectual property rights in your drawings and models. These files are used solely to prepare your quote and — if you place an order — within the production process, by staff who need access to do their job.

Files are never served from a public address; only authenticated, authorised accounts can retrieve them.

You may ask us to delete your files ahead of the retention period at any time.

We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties for marketing.

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the service: our email infrastructure provider (Resend, Inc.) for notification and verification emails, and — only if you choose it — Google LLC for sign-in. Our hosting provider also processes data technically.

These providers are established outside Türkiye (in the USA), so your data is transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK art. 9. Transfers are limited to the minimum data needed to deliver the service.

We may disclose data where a lawful, properly made request from a competent public authority requires it.

This site uses NO advertising or analytics cookies. We run no Google Analytics, tracking pixels or analytics scripts.

The only cookies are essential/functional: `ra_session`, which carries your session once you sign in, and `g_oauth`, a one-time security value used during Google sign-in. We also keep a `ra_cookie_consent` entry in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice.

Sign-in and account features do not work without these. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings at any time.

Quote requests that do not lead to an order, and their technical files: 24 months from the request date.

Contact form messages: 12 months.

Records tied to a concluded commercial relationship: 10 years, under applicable law (notably art. 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102).

Account data: for as long as your account remains open; on deletion it is erased except where commercial record-keeping obligations apply.

Once a period expires the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are irreversibly hashed with bcrypt. Session cookies are inaccessible to JavaScript (httpOnly) and travel only over a secure connection.

Access to uploaded files requires authentication and is not stored in the browser cache.
