Aerospace & Defence Precision Manufacturing
Cutting, machining and assembly of critical parts from flight-worthy alloys, with full material traceability and aerospace quality standards.

In aerospace and defence every part must be traceable from raw material melt to delivery. Reyhan Aerospace provides full traceability with mill certificates, per-part lot tracking and inspection reports.
We combine our waterjet and fiber laser capabilities with reverse engineering, fixture manufacturing and assembly for a single-source solution. Critical-tolerance parts are measured on a CMM and reported.
We operate under our ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, with ITAR/export-control awareness.

Why cold cutting matters in aerospace

Thermal cutting
Heat-affected zone (HAZ)

Waterjet — cold cutting
Microstructure unchanged
No HAZ forms
Because no heat-affected zone forms at the cut edge, the material's mechanical properties are preserved.
No micro-crack or hardening risk
No heat-induced micro-cracks or hardening at the edge — supporting fatigue life on critical parts.
No thermal distortion
The part never heats up, so it never warps; dimensional stability is preserved even on thin, delicate parts.
FAQ for This Service
Yes. We provide mill certificates and lot-based traceability for all flight-worthy materials, and FAI documentation on request.
