1. Identity of the Data Controller

Under art. 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Reyhan Aerospace as data controller, within the scope set out below.

2. Categories of Data Processed

Identity data: first name, last name.

Contact data: email address, phone number, city and address.

Customer transaction data: the content of your quote request, the service/material options you select, the technical files you upload and our correspondence.

Security data: if you create an account, an irreversible hash of your password, session information, and an IP address processed temporarily for abuse prevention.

3. Purposes of Processing

Evaluating and pricing your quote requests.

Contacting you about your request and tracking it.

Establishing and performing contracts, and running sales and production processes.

Creating your account, verifying your email and running information-security processes.

Conducting our activities in line with legislation and meeting retention/archiving obligations.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your data is collected electronically, by wholly or partly automated means, through the quote and contact forms on reyhanaerospace.com.tr, account registration, and — if you choose it — the Google sign-in flow.

KVKK art. 5/2-c, processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract: quote and order processes.

KVKK art. 5/2-ç, compliance with a legal obligation: tax and commercial record retention.

KVKK art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest: form security, abuse prevention and service continuity.

For any processing outside these grounds, your explicit consent under KVKK art. 5/1.

5. Transfers, Including Abroad

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing.

To deliver the service we transfer data to our email infrastructure provider (Resend, Inc.) for notification and verification emails, to Google LLC for authentication if you use Google sign-in, and to our hosting provider.

Because these providers are established outside Türkiye (in the USA), those transfers are cross-border transfers under KVKK art. 9 and are limited to the minimum data the service requires.

Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities where legislation requires it and a properly made request is received.

6. Retention Periods

Quote requests not resulting in an order, and technical files: 24 months.

Contact form messages: 12 months.

Records relating to a commercial relationship: 10 years, under art. 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and applicable tax legislation.

At the end of the period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights (KVKK art. 11)

To learn whether your personal data is being processed.

To request information if it has been processed.

To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.

To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred.

To request correction where your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.

To request erasure or destruction under the conditions in KVKK art. 7.

To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.

To object to an adverse outcome reached by analysing the data solely through automated systems.

To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

You can submit requests concerning these rights, together with information verifying your identity, by email to info@reyhanaerospace.com.tr or in writing to İvedik OSB Mah. 2254. Cad. 1473. Sk. No: 96, Yenimahalle / Ankara, Türkiye.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; where the process incurs a cost, the tariff set by the Board may be charged.

If your application is rejected or you are not satisfied with the response, you retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
