CNC Turning
On our C-axis live-tooling CNC lathe we turn, mill and drill rotational parts up to Ø 400 × 1100 mm in a single setup — with no extra fixturing or stack-up error.
C-axis live-tooling lathe — rotational parts in a single setupC-axis live-tooling lathe — rotational parts in a single setup
CNC turning machines the diameter and face of rotationally symmetric parts (shafts, bushings, flanges, adapters, fasteners) to high precision. With a C-axis and live tooling, turning, cross/face drilling and milling all happen in the same setup; the part is finished without leaving the machine.
Completing the work in one setup removes transfers between machines. That reduces cumulative positioning error and improves repeatability and concentricity.
Cutting, machining and — where needed — CMM inspection run from a single source; from material supply to certified traceability, the process stays with us.
