Waterjet Cutting
With high-pressure abrasive waterjet we cut everything from metal to composite, from 0.5 mm to 300 mm, at micron precision without creating a heat-affected zone.
Cold cutting, zero heat distortion, aerospace toleranceCold cutting, zero heat distortion, aerospace tolerance
Waterjet cuts cold, using a stream of water and abrasive pressurised up to 6,000 bar. Because no heat-affected zone (HAZ) forms, the metallurgical structure of aerospace alloys such as aluminium, titanium, inconel and stainless steel stays intact.
Our 5-axis waterjet cuts bevels up to 60° and compensates for taper, producing square edges with no burr. This eliminates secondary operations and shortens lead time.
Source material and machining from a single supplier: procurement, cutting and certified traceability are all on us — zero shipping and coordination overhead.

Choose your edge: Q1 to Q5
Waterjet edge quality is graded in five steps: Q1 is the fastest, most economical separation cut and Q5 is the smoothest, most precise edge. Pick a grade to see what the edge looks like and what it suits.
Q3 — Standard
The grade where speed, cost and finish balance out — the sensible default for most contract jobs. The edge is largely smooth, with slight marking possible near the bottom.

- Economy
- Surface finish
Where to use it?
General fabrication parts, machine components, flanges and brackets.
